Professional Background

Muller is the chair and clinical director of the Masters of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics program. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Orthotic and Prosthetics Research and Education Foundation and is a Programmatic Panel member of the Department of Defense Orthotic and Prosthetic Outcomes Research Program. He has authored a chapter on Transfemoral prosthetics for the Atlas of Amputation and Limb Deficiencies. He is a past president of the American Academy of Orthotist and Prosthetist.

Muller has worked for international manufacturer as a Technical Services Manager and as a local practitioner of orthotics and prosthetics. He specialized in lower limb prosthetic application, education, and research. His areas of interest are in additive manufacturing and CAD/CAM for healthcare, prosthetic interfaces, applied technologies for healthcare and gait analysis.
