Professional Background
Meredith L. Caliman is a full-time lecturer of Business Law, and is an advisor to the Pre-Law Society.
Before practicing law, she was a judicial law clerk to federal district judge in San Diego, the Honorable Earl B. Gilliam of the Southern District of California. Caliman worked at large and medium sized law firms in the Los Angeles area prior to opening her own office in 2002.
Caliman also maintains her law practice focused on counseling small and medium sized businesses and individuals, handling litigation and simple transactional matters, including civil actions, contracts, real estate, construction disputes, and employment.
