Professional Background
In addition to teaching and scholarship, Dr. Azizi is a sustainability consultant in Los Angeles and Orange County, and received recognition for her environmentally friendly research projects and efforts to promote sustainable policy objectives. She is an editorial board member of the CSU Journal of Sustainability and Climate Change and a faculty representative on the university’s Sustainability Committee. She also serves as an AASHE (Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education) Advisory Council Member.
